🛍️ Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

📦 Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • A receipt or order number is required

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

🔁 Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges if the item is in stock. If it’s not available, we will issue a refund or store credit.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as such)

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll take care of it right away at no cost to you.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
